I think the header for each individual file is after "CpkItocL.ID.FileSize.ExtractSize"

3B (hex) bytes after that is the 2-byte value ID (big endian) ??
3D (hex) bytes after that is the 4-byte value FileSize (big endian) 
41 (hex) bytes after that is the 4-byte value ExtractSize (big endian) 

I think that repeats for every entry. I'm not sure what the space difference is between each entry
